Facade cladding made of laminated perforated sheets (photo perforated sheet).
A punched perforated sheet with holes of different sizes, which together form the desired motif. Make: FOTOBLECH. Fotoblech is a product of Lunova GmbH, www.fotoblech.de.
The individual hole diameters are a weighted stochastic variation of the hole sizes depending on the proximity of the tone value to be distributed to the adjacent tonal values in such a way that the transitions from one hole size to another are not recognizable in a color gradient, so that shades, reflections and highlights can be displayed. Approximately 10,000 holes are to be punched per m², the center points of the holes remaining in a row and each grid element has a hole. The number of different hole diameters is limited to a maximum of 10, so that the punching machine can punch through all parts efficiently without retrofitting.
It is punched in 1-3mm thick aluminum, 0.5-2mm stainless steel or other metals according to any motif. The maximum size of a single board is 1.25 * 2.5m. In exceptional cases 1.5 m in width is possible, 3 m in length. Larger areas can be created by lining up several panels.
To secure the panels to the substrate, the edges of the panels must either be folded over and provided with openings that they can be hung in the substructure or punched in such a way that they can be riveted or screwed directly onto the substructure.

Tender text: FOTOBLECH partition
Partition made of perforated metal sheets (perforated photo plate) and profile frame.
System partition made of 2mm steel / 3mm aluminum and steel profiles / aluminum profiles as a final element, consisting of x fixed elements, x requirement and x active wings to be mounted on the existing masonry.
Each of the elements consists of a circumferential machined steel profile frame / aluminum profile frame (W / H = 40 / 40mm, d = 2mm, weight: max: 2.50 Kg / m), mitred in corners.
A circumferential groove (w = 2.5mm / 3.5mm) is to be provided in the center on the inside of the profile frame and has to serve for the filling of perforated sheet.
The fillings are made of perforated steel / aluminum sheets, which are individually made according to the photo templates supplied by the customer or CAD graphics are to be punched and not thicker than 2mm / 3mm.
A punching out of flowing transitions between the different hole sizes is required.
